The Silent Cathedral
Listen
to the silence
of the trees
they communicate
in ways
science knows not
yet
and
the fog and the snow and the mist
the incense
suffusing
the silent cathedral

Beautiful, peaceful, haunting words and imagery. The silent cathedral in the forest of bare trees, uplifting their branches in praise; the mist, fog and snow as the incense filling the silent cathedral with a sweet scent.
