  1. Fascinating stuff, isn’t it?! (Especially when presented by the gorgeously clever Prof Brian Cox. Thanks for such an in-depth article on it. (though truth be told ‘The Sun’ is a nasty little rag that still shows topless models)
    I’ve linked to the same video on my ‘About’ page – Star Death and the Creation of Elements. I love that from such a cataclysmic collapse come all the wonders of the universe. It’s a brilliant analogy for the little births and deaths we experience in every day of our lives, isn’t it?

    • Yes, it is totally intriguing and somewhat hard to wrap one’s mind around at the same time. I think it has great meaning in terms of looking at life but not sure how to write about it yet. I didn’t know about “The Sun” but the article is good. I am in New York City so not familiar with British papers. It is a good article nonetheless. Yes, a great analogy for our little births and deaths.
