Flitting and Flirting on a Flower
Butterflies mating
on a flower petal bed
The perfume of love
in a plethora of hues
Fleeting moments
of life
of the present
past in a blink
of the eye
or the flutter
of a butterfly wing.

❤ I do miss the variety of butterfly we used to enjoy in the mountains. Here by the coast, there seems less variety. Wonder if I guerilla plant some butterfly attractors we could entice more?
Hope you are well, Ellen. Summer seems to have been so short this year (an age thing, perhaps?)
Nice to have your images and words in my world again.
Much love to you and yours. xx

Thanks so much, Running Elk, for writing. I have not done anything reading or writing on the blog for some time. I am not too well and the push just seems too hard. I know you were going through a bad spell for awhile but now you seem to be “back”. I will try to keep reading at least. Hope things are better for you.
