In My Own Voice
My dear friend, Kitt, is a natural public speaker and a wonderful advocate for the mentally ill. She and I are both Bipolar. She is Bipolar 2 and I am Bipolar 1. In this post she successfully achieves what I was trying to do in my book, “Eye-locks and Other Fearsome Things.”

She’s very good; I saw this earlier today on her blog.

There are always those who experience life in ways different than our own. Your example, your pain, your successes are inspiring.
Best wishes Yisraela
I just married John Aug 21. We have worked hard being Bi Polar and Aspergers. We’ve learned a lot cried a lot and learned how we can be the best we can be with and for each other. I applaud your journey my sweet lady.
