   Hi Ellen,

   I was enjoying a walk with someone two days ago and who themselves were frustrated at their anger and resistance. I spoke to them very much along the lines in this video, and have now linked them in to view it for themselves. A very timely post!

   I really enjoyed listening to what he had to say. You know my personal belief, spiritual belief, so I just added my God to the mix and it’s really good to look at it in terms of what Jesus can do with this, what the Holy Spirit can do with this and what my Abba can do with this.
