      • I’ve been to India 6 times, and it is indeed fascinating. A special place that touches our heart and soul. A draw us there, one way or another, life after life. All the best, my friend 🙏✨

    • Yes, it was a special website available during the pandemic. Alas, it no longer exists. Someone was on foot on site walking holding a camera up and you could just select to photograph whatever came up. Some very unusual things came up.

  6. I’m really enjoying these photos of India you’ve been posting. I can’t get over how much colour there is and how it all seems to work together in these street scenes. 🩷💜💛

    • Oh, I fell in love with the street scenes of India. They ARE so colorful and just beg to be photographed. I’ll be posting more. Took tons of photos. It was so much fun to be able to photograph street scenes of daily life there. Wish I had been there but would have felt intrusive photographing scenes whereas the tour guide just had the camera on a stick walking all over, was native to India himself so was largely ignored.

  9. Excellent capture of the hustle and bustle in Delhi! The bright, colorful hues light up the scenery! Love the motorcycle-turned-taxicabs, quite innovative! Thank you for sharing these photos, Ellen!

    • If you can go, go. I waited until I was too old to go. But will go in my next life in some way. If you don’t like the heat I would suggest going in the cooler season. And enjoy!!!

      • Good advice! I’ve been finding I’m less adaptable as I age (early 50s now!). Did you do a tour or explore on your own? I imagine it might be difficult to get around the country on your own.

      • As I said on my post, I did online walking tours with a tour guide holding a phone up and I communicated with him and snapped photos when I saw something that seemed interesting. This was during the pandemic.
