Nothing Changes/All is Flux

Sir James Jeans
said the universe
consists of pure thought
each thing a moving,
ever changing manifestation
of the life force
One unity

reminds me of Democritus who said c. 400bc “The universe is composed of two elements: the atoms and the void in which they exist and move”

There is Ultimate Reality and then there is Conventional Reality; if one confuses the two it can lead to insanity. Which does not mean that one cannot live in Ultimate Really and still know that they must abide by the law of Convetional Reality — [there is form and matter].
