Oh, it’s always so bitter-sweet to meet other migraineurs! I hope that some of what I write about resonates (it has been life changing for me to ‘come out’ online after years of hiding in my room, filled with shame and guilt that I was somehow ‘broken’ and it was my fault.) Here’s hoping 2024 is a year for healing for both of us. Linda xxx
