TRIUMPH OF SPIRIT IN LOVE, NATURE & ART

“Living with Fear”

For whatever reason these days are days of high anxiety for me, nervousness to the point of tears.  Meditations are “noisy” with all thoughts and negative ones in particular.  To deal with this I share with you a helpful 9:06 minute webcast on fear and love with Jack Kornfield and Catherine Ingram.

  3. What a most soothing and simple video. Their words are thought provoking and so very true. Ellen I am so sad for you that you are feeling these things. I also know that you have many in your corner giving you love, hugs and strength. If you need someone to listen please just say so. You will make it

    • Dear Yisraela, Thank you for your kindness and concern. It is just manic anxiety. Been through a lot worse. But thought the video was good. I like Jack Kornfield. Didn’t know the woman. Hope you are doing okay. Know you have lots on your mind. God bless you. Love, Ellen

  4. Sending up prayers for your peace, Ellen–as you know, I deal with recurrent anxiety/depression; and the JOY always returns–but the waiting can be tricky. God bless you BIG–love, Caddo

    • Thanks dear Caddo. I know you suffer, too, from the same disorder I think. Just what we got to go through. There are worse things. Appreciate your encouragement and writing me. God bless you BIG, too. xx ellen

  6. Great insight: “fear is like saliva, it’s what the body does.” Thanks for sharing, Ellen. Always good to get Jack Kornfield’s input. Wishing you well.
